Jurassic World Review

  (screenplay), (screenplay)

  Nick Robinson

Twenty-two years after the events of Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar now features a fully functioning dinosaur theme park, Jurassic World, as originally envisioned by John Hammond. After 10 years of operation and visitor rates declining, in order to fulfill a corporate mandate, a new attraction is created to re-spark visitors' interest, which backfires horribly (IMDB)

Well I can see why Jurassic World kicked Marvel's ass at the box office. This movie is simply awesome not to mention visually spectacular. A must see movie this summer, do not miss out on seeing it on the big screen.

Chris Pratt is just so cool and plays the hero so well. He can do no wrong for me at the moment. Throughout the movie I was not sure of the casting of Bryce Dallas Howard but by the end she had completely won me over. I just loved Ty Simpkins and Nick Robinson who played the two heroic kids, very likable characters as were all the cast.

I was 13 when Jurassic Park was released so when Jurassic World made so many nods to  the original movie, I have to say I was that 13 year old kid again, sitting in the audience, completely enthralled. The CGI was superb but I have to say the 3D only made an impact a couple of times throughout the movie.
Should you bring under 10's to see this? Well it depends on the child. Some children will be well able for this while others may hide under the seat. You know your child best so you can make an informed decision on that.

A brilliant movie that keeps you glued to the screen from start to finish.  A must see. I give it 5/5. Go see it....NOW!!!!
