Deadpool Review

(Deadpool ass grabber: Sharon Hughes :)

Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) is a former Special Forces operative who now works as a mercenary. His world comes crashing down when evil scientist Ajax (Ed Skrein) tortures, disfigures and transforms him into Deadpool. The rogue experiment leaves Deadpool with accelerated healing powers and a twisted sense of humor. With help from mutant allies Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead (Brianna Hildebrand), Deadpool uses his new skills to hunt down the man who nearly destroyed his life.DirectorTim Miller

A new twist on the super hero genre. Instead of the clean cut, mild mannered super hero we have a foul mouthed, smart ass and completely kick ass anti-hero. The kills are violent, bloody and there is no holding back in this film. As a horror fan this was totally my cup of tea and to say I loved it is an understatement. The laughs start from the opening titles which tell us that its produced by 'Ass-hats' and directed  by 'an overpaid tool'  which totally sets the tone for the movie.
I don't read comic books so my knowledge of the superheros I love comes from movies and cartoons so my only knowledge of Deadpool was seeing him cosplayed at various conventions and after seeing this movie he is now my all time favourite character from the comic book universe. Ryan Reynolds is superb in this role and I could not picture anyone else as Deadpool because he smashed it.
This is 100% not for the younger audience so if you have small children wanting to see it then its a big No as there is lots of adult humour and nudity.
Don't miss seeing this on the big screen because it is hands down my favourite comic book movie EVER.

    A very deserving 5/5
